Så var det dags för den 3:e uppföljningen. Resultat efter knappt 3 veckor:
Vikt:94,7! -1,5kg sen förra veckan -5kg totalt!
Fettprocent: 24,56%, 25,42% förra veckan, 26,87% vid starten
Bukomfång: 106cm -3cm sen förra veckan, -7cm sen starten!
Väldigt bra resultat! Det som känns extra bra är att efter en snabb uträkning så har 3,5kg fett försvunnit! Det visar att ”rätt” saker försvinner från kroppen. Det är väldigt praktiskt att kolla sådan grejer så man vet vad det är som händer med kroppen och att det just är mestadels fett som försvinner. Att hålla ett högt proteinintag och styrketräna hårt ser till att så mycket muskelmassa som möjligt sparas när man går ner i vikt.
7cm runt buken har försvunnit på knappt 3 veckor. Det kanske inte låter som så jättemycket men ta ett måttband runt magen och lägg till 7cm så ser ni hur stor skillnad det är! Det är ett minst sagt bra resultat!
Är man villig att jobba hårt och äta rätt så kommer resultaten. Ulf är ett praktexempel på detta. Se filmerna nedan!
Marklyft: 110kg x 5, nemas problemas. 125kgx1 var inte heller några problem! Bara jobba bort det där lilla rycket i början!
