Allt detta plus ordentliga styrke- och konditionsförbättringar på 11 veckor är minsta sagt jättebra gjort. Det som slår mig är att trots viktnedgång så blir Uffe starkare och starkare och tjurigare och tjurigare. Det är ett sant nöje att komma till jobbet en måndagsförmiddag och träffa Uffe som alltid har något vilt i blicken. Men vild frenesi krigar han alltid
tills han är helt slut. När vi började det här var Uffe bra på att ta ut sig. Nu är han helt vansinnig. Här märker jag nästan största skillnaden. Viljan att alltid prestera, att alltid kör slut på sig. Då kommer också resultaten. Den var som sagt bra i början men ändå mycket bättre nu. Ser man på vad Uffe presterat fram till nu så förstår man att ”jävlar annama” är en mycket viktigt ingrediens, kanske den viktigaste. Det var precis detta jag skrev om i början. Det behövs inget mirakelträning eller sajberdiet. Man behöver inte vara som Anna Skipper eller Paolo Roberto eller nån annan tomte. Jävlar annama och att äta rätt, det är det som behövs.
